With public transportation, you can easily explore the city: you'll be a 6-minute tram ride from the city center, 15 minutes from the train station, and a stone's throw from the Machines de l'île. You'll also find plenty of shops nearby: everything you need to complete your stay in a B&B in Nantes!
The welcoming and cozy rooms
The 3 rooms in our guesthouse are unique and feature everything you need for your comfort and peace of mind. On your arrival day, you can unpack your suitcases between 4 pm and 10 pm. When you leave Marc's Flat, you must vacate your room by 11 am.
You'll enjoy comfortable bedding, a private bathroom, and many other amenities. Each of our rooms can accommodate a baby crib upon request.
Breakfast
Every morning between 7am and 10am, you can sit down in the lounge to enjoy your breakfast. Served at the table, it's a great way to start the day on a sweet note.
You'll enjoy quality products, such as pastries and fresh bread, homemade fruit salad, hot drinks, fruit juices, homemade yogurts, organic cereals, homemade jams, salted butter, spread, and honey.

When you book one of our 3 guest rooms, you have access to the various areas of the house. You'll enjoy a living room, a loggia, and a kitchen, with coffee and tea available.
You can privatize our charming guest house in Nantes. You'll have access to the 3 bedrooms, the kitchen area, the living room, and the loggia, to accommodate up to 10 people. By adding the 2 apartments, you can accommodate up to 20 people.
